Super Easy Chicken and Rice Dish with Kielbasa Sausage (Chicken Bog)

When I was a little girl we moved to South Carolina. We lived there for a little over three years. While living there my mother learned a new recipe from some of the ladies at church. They called it “chicken bog.” All I could remember about it was that it had rice, chicken, and black pepper and tasted great.Ā  So I called my mom to see if she still remembered how to cook it. Fortunately she did. So I decided to give it a go in the instant pot.

Back when my mom and the church ladies would cook chicken bog they cooked it in a huge pot on the stove. They would boil the whole chicken and de-bone it. Since I am all about quick and easy, I chose to use boneless skinless chicken breasts.

Watch my video to see step by step instructions on how to make this delicious dish in the instant pot. It was so yummy that my husband had three helpings. Okay, I have to admit I went back for seconds. If you want to help me out, please let the ad(s) play before or after the video. Thanks so much for your love and support!
