Years ago, my husband developed a tasty recipe for potato soup. A few years later, my daughter added to the recipe to make a comfort food version – loaded baked potato soup – and now I have modified the recipe so you can make it in the Instant Pot!
The rich flavor of bacon, the tang of sharp cheddar, and the fullness of heavy cream blend with the other ingredients to create a combination that is sure to please!
