Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake

Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake is a quick and easy dessert option whether you have surprise guests or not. There’s no mixing involved – it’s as simple as layering each ingredient before baking for an hour.

The flavors mingle to create a divine dessert that is similar to a cobbler in consistency. Eat it as is or add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to wow your guests – or enjoy on your own!

Here’s the recipe:

Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake Recipe:

1 can of crushed pineapple with juice

1 can of cherry pie filling

1 Duncan Hines Super Moist yellow cake mix

1/2 cup of melted butter

1 cup of chopped pecans

Use a greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan.

Dump crushed pineapple and cherry pie filling in pan.’

Mix together. 

Pour cake batter on top of fruit. Gently spread over the fruit mixture.

Pour melted butter over the batter.

Pour chopped pecans on top of cake.

Bake at 350 for one hour. 

Cool cake for 10 minutes. 

Serve and enjoy!

*Great with vanilla ice cream on top.
