This is an amazing, healthy breakfast smoothie packed with vitamins, protein, fiber, and Omega 3’s.
Breakfast Smoothie Recipe:
1 tbsp. of organic chia seed (soaked in 3 or 4 tbl. of water for about 5 minutes)
1 to 2 tbsp. of organic cold milled ground flax seed
3 Brazil nuts
1 tbsp. of coconut oil
3 fresh mint leaves (or fresh basil leaves)
1/4 of an avocado
A handful of kale or spinach leaves
1 small frozen banana or 1/2 of a large banana
13 frozen sweet dark cherries (no pits)
3/4 to 1 cup of Silk Almond Coconut Blend
Blend on high in your Vitamix or powerful blender of your choosing for about 30 to 45 seconds and serve. You can use a variety of frozen fruits for different tastes.
